From here, the gaze wanders between the blue of the sea and the surrounding hills, while every evening the sunset offers extraordinary colours, making every dinner a unique and unforgettable moment.
Our cuisine tells the story of the most authentic Elba: simple, well-prepared dishes made with local ingredients, vegetables from our garden, and aromatic herbs.
To accompany them, the island’s wines, natural wines of our own production, our extra virgin olive oil, and an AIS sommelier at guests’ disposal.
Every evening, we offer two tasting menus — one from the land and one from the sea — which can also be chosen à la carte and freely combined according to personal taste.
